4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside the designated geographical area without prior approval are also forbidden.
Violating these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Newton Aycliffe will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
